  1. Describe one outcome. What do you do manually, and what should the tool produce?
  2. Give one example. Use fictional inputs and the result you expect. Do not send private client records, credentials or payment information.
  3. Review the proposed scope. A request is not an accepted order. Any quote must define the deliverable, compatibility, acceptance checks, revision allowance and timing.
